In 2023, Specialtandlægerne Sjælland opened a new clinic – an ambitious 600 m² facility with 12 treatment rooms, designed with the vision of rethinking and redefining the traditional dental clinic.

The design was developed with equal focus on patients and staff. From the reception area to the treatment rooms, the welcoming atmosphere flows through the entire clinic – creating a sense of calm, supporting presence, and ensuring a more pleasant experience for patients, while at the same time fostering a positive work environment.
Balanced lighting and honest materials tie the concept together, resulting in a holistic experience that appeals to the senses and strengthens the feeling of quality and trust.
While many clinics are often associated with cold and sterile environments, the ambition here was to create a space that conveys warmth, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The choice of materials plays a central role: oak panels along hallways and waiting areas capture the light beautifully, adding a natural softness to the interior. A carefully curated palette of muted colours has become a signature element of the clinic, reinforcing its unique identity.
